    There are two announcements.

    The first point is about the trouble of the Twitter transmission menu that I have reported from the other day.

    I found the Twitter official app to the latest version of the 9/27 ,the reported problem was resolved and that you can send as usual. If you have a problem with this issue, please update the Twitter official app to the latest version. Accordingly, the reference information page has also been updated.

    The second point is about the iOS 13 compatibility of Photo Rubber. Photo Rubber works with iOS13 with almost no problems, but two problems have been confirmed at this time.

  • Photo Eraser's iOS13 support status(2021/3/17Update)

    We would like to inform you about the details of the problem and our plans for future response.。

    1. Problems with camera photography(2019/9/30Update)
      (Problem symptoms)
      When trying to save or send a photo taken using the Photo Eraser's camera function、The app will force close。There is no problem if you load a photo saved in the Photos app。
      (Cause)
      This is because iOS processing has been changed so that some Exif information is acquired in a different format than before when shooting with the camera.。
      (Corresponds)
      2019/9/30to、We have released "Photo Eraser Version 3.1.1" which addresses this issue.。For those using iOS13 or higher、Please update to the latest Photo Eraser.。

    2. Problems sending Instagram(2021/3/17Update)
      (Problem symptoms)
      Even if you tap the Instagram sending menu、Instagram icon does not appear on the sending screen、Unable to send to Instagram。
      (Status of the survey)
      This phenomenon is、Starting with the “LINE Camera” app、We have confirmed that the same phenomenon occurs in multiple apps that have menus for posting photos on Instagram.。Therefore、This is not a problem specific to the image sending app.、Is the Instagram official app not fully compatible with iOS13 yet?、Or, it is possible that the previous sending method is intentionally no longer supported in iOS13.。
      (Workaround)
      For those who are sent from Photo Eraser to Instagram on iOS13、First, please update the Instagram official app to the latest version released after October 1, 2019.。If you are using the latest version of Instagram official app、By tapping "Other apps" in the Photo Eraser's sending menu, "Instagram" will appear in the list of apps that can be sent.。If you tap that icon, the sending screen to Instagram will appear.、Can send。
